Description of position:
1. Assist in the drafting and revision of GMP system documents, be responsible for reviewing and revising the format of documents, and be responsible for the preservation, duplication, distribution, recall, archiving, training, implementation, review, repeal and destruction of documents.  
2. Responsible for the arrangement, filing and preservation of external documents.  
3. Responsible for reviewing the file format of all departments before uploading the butterfly butterfly system.  
4. Responsible for the establishment, sorting, filing and preservation of the company's training files; Responsible for supervising the formulation of training requirements of each department, timely collating and collecting the training requirements table of each department;  Responsible for supervising, guiding and checking the implementation of the company's annual training plan in each department;  Be responsible for checking the personal training files of employees in each department, tracking and evaluating the training of employees.  
5. Responsible for the management of material suppliers and the establishment, update and preservation of supplier files;  Responsible for checking the record writing and material storage in the warehouse.  
6. Responsible for supervising and checking whether employee files are established and updated timely.  
7. Responsible for collecting, sorting and summarizing relevant data of annual quality review.  
8. Responsible for establishing, updating and saving product files.  

Requirements for Employment：
1. College degree or above;  
2. Engaged in related work for more than one year, careful and patient to work, with keen observation ability;  
3. Proficient in word and Excell, such as typesetting, header, footer, page number and automatic directory generation;  Excell can be used for statistical analysis and mapping.  
4. Ability to use statistical analysis software (such as minitab, etc.) for preferential admission.
