Description of position:
1. Responsible for the development of detection methods, structural analysis and the establishment of quality standards for monoclonal antibody products; 
2. Detection and analysis of physical and chemical properties of macromolecules and polypeptide drugs based on HPLC and other chromatographic/spectral analysis techniques;  
3. Have experience in analytical method development and verification, can independently develop verification schemes and carry out relevant experiments, and ensure completion within the specified time; 
4. Wrote SOP and method verification report of relevant analysis methods;  Complete the sample test, analyze the experimental data, write the test record and complete the test report according to SOP;  
5. Participate in the daily maintenance of laboratory related instruments and equipment.  
6. Participate in relevant raw materials testing.  
7. Obey the work arrangement of the company or superior leaders, and actively cooperate with other departments or colleagues.  

Requirements for Employment：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology, pharmacy or chemistry.  
2. More than 1 year working experience in GMP production unit, familiar with GMP laws and regulations.  
3. Rigorous and serious in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong executive ability, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.  
4. Proficient in using office software such as internet, word, excel and other related software required by the position.  Good English foundation, can read English professional literature skillfully.
