Description of position:
1. Mainly responsible for the formulation and modification of clinical research project plan and the formulation of clinical research related documents, and responsible for the solution of technical problems in the whole process of the project, so as to ensure the smooth progress of clinical trials and conform to the relevant national laws and regulations and the interests of the company;
2. Modify the medical program according to the opinions of superiors, main researchers and statistical departments;
3. Prepared the draft of project plan, researcher handbook, informed consent, research medical record, CRF and PPT;
4. Adjust the plan according to the opinions of the Ethics Committee;
5. Answer technical questions raised by researchers, project managers (supervisors) during the project test;
6. Write a summary report.

Requirements for Employment：
1. Clinical medicine or related major, master degree or above;
2. At least 3 years working experience as a clinician or pharmaceutical product manager, medical manager or CRO company;
3. Proficient in Office software, familiar with the use of the Internet to find professional technical information;
4. Understand clinical trial management norms and CRO operation process;
5. Familiar with the whole process of clinical research and have a complete understanding of the work in each stage of clinical research;
6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
7. Fluent in spoken and written English.
