Description of position:
1. Responsible for the investigation, selection, and provision of relevant information about the test center and researchers. Provide test information timely according to test schedule.
2. Assisted in obtaining various clinical trial documents and ethics committee approval documents within the time limit of the project plan, and conducted preliminary review of Ethics Committee approval documents.
3. Organize, prepare and participate in researchers' meetings and make corresponding meeting minutes, responsible for the contact and reception of researchers in the Center.
4. Comprehensively manage the research center in charge, in strict accordance with GCP, SOP, test scheme and Chinese laws and regulations, and complete the selection, start-up, routine inspection and center closure within the project schedule.
5. Timely completion of high-quality research center visit reports.
6. Assisted the research center in AE/SAE report and followed up.
7. Ensure the safety and interests of subjects by checking the informed consent process.
8. Verify the original data and manage the case report form/data query form to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the data.
9. Manage test items in the research center, including test drugs, test documents and related equipment.

Requirements for Employment：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, clinical medicine background is preferred;
More than 2 or 3 years, 2 complete project supervision experience, experience in new drug project supervision is preferred, experience in diabetes field is preferred;
3. Good at English, familiar with computer software, strong communication skills, good at communication, can adapt to long-term business trips;
4. Have team management ability, strict self-discipline, clear thinking, crisp working style and good execution;
5. Good at learning, diligent in thinking and capable;
6. Have GCP certificate.
