Description of position:
1. Responsible for/assisting in the recovery, amplification and subculture, fermentation and related solution preparation of cells in pilot and clinical batches 
2. Responsible for/assisted in the maintenance of relevant instruments and equipment in the pilot cell culture stage  
3. Responsible for/assisted in the scale-up of the pilot cell culture process  
4. Responsible for/assist in the implementation of validation, change and deviation handling in the pilot batch and clinical batch production  
5. Fill in and review relevant records in the production process  
6. Responsible for/assist to complete the writing of relevant sop of this position according to relevant documents of the company  
7. Responsible for/assisted in the completion of environmental testing in the pilot workshop  
8. Completed other emergent work assigned by the company.  

Requirements for Employment：
1. College degree or above, major in bioengineering, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology or related  
2. Knowledge of cell culture, experience in bioreactor operation, experience in chromatographic column equipment is preferred  
3. Familiar with aseptic operation process and have good aseptic operation awareness  
4. Down-to-earth, serious, with a good sense of responsibility and team spirit
